The Upper Room operates under the umbrella of Gospel Light Ministries International Inc. which was birthed after a vision from the Lord in late 1997. This was followed by the creation of the Upper Room in March, 2003.
The Upper Room is an apostolic glory hub and serves primarily as a place for power encounters with the Lord God, Almighty. Additionally, the Upper Room provides for the raising up of mature sons and daughters – a company of people transformed by the power of the Spirit to reflect the manifested glory of the Lord.
These mature sons and daughters of the Kingdom will be empowered to walk even as Enoch did. They will be Firelighters sent out to set ablaze the nations by being clothed with the Spirit and power of Elijah, being prophetic trumpeters preparing the way for the coming King.
